Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Clinical social work experience 3-5 years required.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to interns, social workers, and licensed mental health counselors.
• Co-facilitate bi-monthly case sharing group.
• Perform psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
• Formulate biopsychosocial assessments, dispositions, and treatment plans.
• Conduct mandated and safety assessments when abuse or violence is suspected.
• Collaborate with professionals as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and document client progress toward treatment goals.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions, crisis assessment, and skill-building.
• Lead and participate in education, training, and clinical supervision.
