Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Associate Director of Development to lead strategic donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship within assigned fundraising areas. You will manage a portfolio of prospects, set fundraising targets, and work closely with physicians, colleagues, and partners to advance philanthropic priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 5-7 years of related experience.

Proficiency in data entry, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Build and actively manage a portfolio of prospects and donors; solicit and close gifts.
Formulate and execute prospect and donor moves management strategies.
Fully document work in the donor database (Blackbaud CRM).
Develop and strengthen relationships with hospital partners to maximize philanthropic giving.
Collaborate with fundraising teams to achieve department goals.
Provide progress updates to hospital and institutional partners.
Understand Mass General Brigham missions and cross-team opportunities to craft proposals.
