• Ten or more years of design experience.
• Experience managing projects and leading design teams.

Responsibilities

• Design civil projects including water mains, sewers, roads, and bridges.
• Develop applications, permits, reports and specifications.
• Prepare construction and design cost estimates.
• Direct a team of design professionals to meet goals within budget.
• Attend client meetings and promote project opportunities.
• Monitor budgets and project progress.
• Ensure safe working environment and strong client relations.
