Wade Trim in Cleveland is seeking a Project Manager to join the Construction Team. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 10+ years of experience on construction projects.

Excellent technical writing, organization and communication skills are essential. You will act as on-site liaison with the client, manage scope, schedule and budget, mentor staff, develop proposals and ensure delivery on time and under budget while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related engineering or construction management experience.
• Excellent writing, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site liaison with the client and community.
• Maintain client relations and coordinate with contractors.
• Conduct field inspections and manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with project proposals and pricing.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time and under budget while meeting client expectations.
• Provide design/technical input and coordinate with team members.
• Support QA/QC and project reporting.
