Job summary

Wade Trim is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Water Team in Michigan. A licensed PE with a civil or environmental engineering degree and 10–15 years of related experience is required to design and support water and wastewater projects.

You will work on large-scale piping, pumping systems and treatment technologies, prepare calculations and reports, and participate in client meetings. A flexible hybrid-remote schedule is available after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

10–15 years of related experience required.
Licensed Professional Engineer required.
Experience with large-scale piping, valve, pumping systems.
Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

Provide process design and construction support for water/wastewater projects.
Run process models and prepare technical memoranda and basis of design.
Prepare design reports and construction plans for treatment plants and pump stations.
Assist with specifications and permit submittals.
Monitor budgets, scope, and schedule; conduct on-site inspections.
Prepare project status reports and proposals.
Attend client meetings and maintain client relations.
