Job summary

Selby Jennings seeks a Senior Analyst to own portfolio performance, investor reporting, and executive reporting for a private equity and co-investment portfolio. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of internal and external reporting, collaborating with leadership and investors.

You will produce quarterly investor and executive packages, analyze performance drivers, and standardize reporting practices across investments and vintages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4-5+ years of experience in private equity, fund administration, fund finance, investment accounting, portfolio reporting, or related environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working with portfolio monitoring, reporting, or CRM platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare polished, executive-level reporting under recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate recurring reporting packages for limited partners, co-investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Reconcile reporting data across fund administrators, custodians, and internal records to ensure accuracy.
• Manage reporting timelines and quality-control processes, including documentation and review procedures.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investor reporting inquiries and coordinate with internal and external partners.
