Northbound Executive Search’s client, a prestigious private equity firm in Midtown, NY, is seeking an Investor Relations/Performance Reporting professional to assist with operations accounting, investor requests, and the preparation of performance reports.

The role offers exposure to senior management and a fast-growing team, with responsibilities spanning daily investor communications, data aggregation, and quarterly reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor request process including maintaining internal tracker and coordinating responses.
• Perform external verification of change requests for wire instructions and contact updates.
• Supervise third-party administrator in CRM-related changes and approvals.
• Assist in uploading investment activity into the performance management system.
• Coordinate with bank counterparties to open/close accounts and provide KYC documentation.
• Coordinate permissioning and access to new bank accounts with third parties.
• Support quarterly reporting, reviewing deliverables and incorporating feedback.
