Job summary

Adams Street Partners seeks a Vice President of Performance Reporting & Analysis to drive sophisticated performance analyses and scalable reporting for fundraising, investor relations, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate across Investment Teams, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to translate investor needs into consistent reporting methodologies and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in private markets performance analytics, investment reporting, or related function.
• Strong understanding of IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, MOIC and attribution concepts.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated performance analyses supporting RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant requests and fundraising.
• Develop custom performance presentations, track records and benchmark comparisons.
• Translate investor needs into scalable reporting methodologies and analytical solutions.
