Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeks an experienced professional to drive reliability PDK design rule development and TFM tooling for leading-edge process nodes. You will collaborate with internal teams and EDA vendors to enable robust design flows and co-optimization for PPA and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics or a related field and 6+ years of experience; or 4+ years with a master's; or PhD with 2+ years in relevant area.
• Experience in PDK development, reliability tool/flow, design for reliability, and validation using PDK, EDA tools and flows.
• Hands-on experience with PDK fundamentals and reliability design rules implementation.

Responsibilities

• Definition and generation of reliability-related PDK design rules and collateral covering QA and benchmarking analysis.
• Drive EDA tool/flow enablement in synergy with PDK development; work with internal partners and vendors to deliver competitive TFM for reliability verification.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of technology reliability; plan and deliver industry-leading PDK, rules, collateral, TFM and IP ecosystem.
