Lee, Hill & Associates is seeking a Senior Test Engineer – PCBA to lead electronics manufacturing test operations. This on-site role requires relocation to Tulsa, OK, with a full relocation package and a competitive salary range.

You will mentor engineers, develop test solutions, and drive best practices across ICT, Flying Probe, and Boundary Scan technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on PCB testing expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of

Competenze

• 6+ years of relevant test engineering experience.
• Hands-on ICT, Flying Probe, and/or Boundary Scan experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Relocation to Tulsa, OK is required (relocation package offered).

Mansioni

• Lead complex test engineering projects and technical design reviews.
• Develop and define test equipment, design guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Create, program, fixture, troubleshoot, and optimize test solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other test engineers.
• Support troubleshooting and testing of circuit card assemblies/PCBs.
• Interpret engineering drawings and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing test environment.
