Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Test Engineering Manager to lead the Test Engineering team in an electronics manufacturing setting. You will drive PCBA testing strategy, oversee ICT and Flying Probe initiatives, and partner with NPI and production to ensure readiness and quality.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in test engineering, strong leadership experience, and a track record of improving test efficiency and yields in EMS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related field.
• 8+ years in test engineering, EMS/PCBA environment.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Expertise in PCBA Functional Testing, ICT, Flying Probe.
• Experience with NPI, production ramp-up, yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Engineers with clear priorities and timelines.
• Define test strategies, standards, and best practices across manufacturing programs.
• Oversee development and maintenance of PCBA test solutions (Functional Test, ICT, Flying Probe).
• Drive test program validation, fixtures, procedures, and methodologies to meet product specs.
• Partner with NPI and production teams to ensure readiness and resolve complex test issues.
