Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Test & Design Engineer in Pine Hills, FL to lead PCBA testing, troubleshooting, and development activities. You will validate electronic assemblies, diagnose failures, support prototype builds, and create robust test procedures in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware work with test equipment and collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to improve testability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field required; hands-on hardware experience preferred.
• Associate degree with strong hands-on electronics experience also considered.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics testing, PCBA troubleshooting, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and electrical testing of PCBAs using diverse test equipment.
• Diagnose circuit failures at board and component level and implement corrective actions.
• Develop ATPs, test procedures, and verification documentation.
• Support prototype builds and design reviews; contribute to manufacturability improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to address issues.
