Job summary

Lee, Hill & Associates is seeking a Senior Test Engineer – PCBA to lead electronics manufacturing test operations. This on-site role requires relocation to Tulsa, OK, with a full relocation package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant test engineering experience.
• Hands-on ICT, Flying Probe, and/or Boundary Scan experience.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Relocation to Tulsa, OK is required; relocation package available.

On behalf of a client, we are seeking a Senior Test Engineer – PCBA to provide technical leadership for electronics manufacturing test operations. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with deep hands-on expertise in circuit card testing who can develop test solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor other engineers, and establish test engineering best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex test engineering projects and technical design reviews.
• Develop and define test equipment, design guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Create, program, fixture, troubleshoot, and optimize test solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other test engineers.
• Support troubleshooting and testing of circuit card assemblies/PCBAs.
• Interpret engineering drawings and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing test environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Relocation to Tulsa, OK is required; relocation package available.
• BSEE, BSEET, or MSEE required.
• 6+ years of relevant test engineering experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ICT, Flying Probe, and/or Boundary Scan technologies.
• Experience programming and developing test solutions rather than only operating existing programs.
• Strong PCBA/circuit card troubleshooting and test development experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• ISO environment, DOE, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
