The role requires 10+ years in EMS and 5+ years in project management, plus a strong engineering foundation and executive leadership presence. The ideal candidate will build high-performing teams, drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and align product, process, and test engineering with customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
• Deep familiarity with Aerospace, Military, and Tech-Industrial product lifecycles and ECN/BOM governance.

Responsibilities

• Shapes strategic roadmaps and resource allocations as a core Albuquerque Leadership Team member.
• Oversees Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manages budgets and cross-functional prioritization.
• Directs end-to-end New Product Introduction and large-scale product transfers with DFx focus.
• Drives continuous quality improvement and compliance with RoHS and environmental standards.
• Serves as liaison for key aerospace, military, and defense accounts, resolving escalations.
