Teradyne is seeking an Engineering Technician to repair, modify, test, and validate advanced electronic assemblies in a fast-paced lab. The role requires extensive PCB rework expertise and hands-on use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering/desoldering tools.

You will work with onsite and remote teams to diagnose hardware issues, document findings, and maintain an organized laboratory environment, while following procedures and safety standards. Arden Hills, 40 hours weekly.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of hands-on PCB rework experience.
• Experience repairing and modifying highly complex PCBs.
• Proficiency with soldering and desoldering techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic lab equipment.
• Ability to execute software commands and scripts for diagnostics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Self-motivation and time-management; work independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication for collaboration.
• Availability to work onsite in Arden Hills 40 hours/week.

• Lead complex PCB rework and repair activities, delivering high-quality and reliable electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with onsite and remote engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware issues and communicate progress and findings.
• Support product testing and validation by operating oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering and desoldering stations, and other basic laboratory equipment.
• Ensure diagnostic procedures, software commands, and scripts are executed accurately and results are documented clearly.
• Sustain an organized, safe, and efficient laboratory environment while following established procedures and standards.
