Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Winona, MN is seeking a detail-oriented rework/repair technician to perform board repairs, de-soldering, rework, and test activities across line and rework operations. Must read schematics, follow procedures, and maintain quality and safety standards in a clean, ESd-controlled environment.

The role is full-time, shift 2, M-Th 3:50 PM–1:35 AM, with overtime as needed. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; hand solder certification required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hand solder certification required.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Determines priority of products based on production guidelines.
• Performs repairs on boards per procedure and routes to next operation.
• Performs on-line rework/repair duties as necessary.
• Enters quantities into tracking systems.
• Maintains clean work area and follows safety/ESD procedures.
