Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior PCB Layout and Interconnect Engineer to drive the next generation of Digit electronics. You will create complex PCB layouts with Altium Designer, design cable harnesses, and work closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, producible designs for a commercial-scale robot platform.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong IPC-620 expertise, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in PCB layout and cable harness design.
• Deep experience with Altium Designer and 3D ECAD/MCAD integration.
• Experience with high-speed signaling, impedance control and power electronics.
• 3D visualization for space-constrained routing in mechanical environments.
• IPC-620 knowledge for PCB fabrication and wire harness assemblies.
• Altium Harness experience for cable harness design.
• Flex and rigid-flex circuit design and component footprint management.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsabilités

• Execute complex, multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Design cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and interconnect schematics.
• Estimate durations to contribute to project schedules.
• Implement PCB/harness solutions for emissions, power, testing and DFM/DFA.
• Complete release checklists and present designs at reviews.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering on board outlines and routing.
• Coordinate with PCB fabricators, assembly houses, and harness vendors.
