The role requires 8+ years in PCB design and deep knowledge of HDI, IPC standards, and DFx methodologies, with leadership responsibilities across cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of hands-on PCB design, layout, and fabrication management.
• Mastery of advanced ECAD suites (Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Siemens Xpedition) and validation tools like Valor NPI.
• Understanding of PCB fabrication processes and raw materials.
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-6012, IPC-7351) and DFx concepts.
• Experience leading layout teams and establishing design methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Partner with design engineers, commodity teams, and suppliers to create PCB solutions.
• Assess and qualify PCB suppliers.
• Contribute to development of PCB commodity strategy.
• Participate in supplier selection processes.
• Lead PCB failure analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate complex technical concepts across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor layout designers and establish guidelines.
