Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering design, analysis, and/or system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain PCB production processes and facilities.
• Analyze production processes from first principles.
• Develop DOE-based experiments to diagnose manufacturing issues.
• Characterize defects and drive root-cause corrective actions to improve yields.
• Plan projects with budgets and cost/benefit analyses for new processes.
• Lead machine activation and testing with a small team.
