Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and underwriting for PBM pricing strategies across Caremark and Aetna relationships. You will influence pricing deployment, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and client outcomes.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager of PBM Underwriting and requires strong analytical skills, independent problem solving, and experience with PBM economics and underwriting

Qualifications

• 3 years in health plan actuarial, PBM finance, or underwriting.
• Prefer PBM/Health Plan or PBM/Employer experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and maximize client value while preserving margin.
• Develop pricing for multiple lines based on competitive analysis.
• Support underwriting leadership with segment data for pricing.
• Contribute to pricing documents and pricing deployment.
