Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and pricing strategies within the PBM and enterprise pricing teams.

You will help shape pricing deployment for Caremark and Aetna, driving margin and client value through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires deep PBM industry knowledge, a track record in underwriting or actuarial analysis, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role, or comparable industry experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with pricing and contract terms in Caremark or PBM environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and develop recommendations to maximize client value while retaining margin.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on competitive analysis.
• Support underwriting leadership with downstream pricing strategy and data.
• Complete tasks in Caremark Underwriting models and modify FAFs as needed.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to internal and client requests.
