Job summary

CVS Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a PBM Batch Operations professional to monitor and support IBM Workload Scheduler, mainframe batch processing, and RxClaim environments. The role includes incident response, disaster recovery support, and 24x7 production coverage.

You will collaborate with teams, perform batch interventions, manage ServiceNow tickets, and uphold data center security, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts Sunday-Tuesday and a 6-hour shift Wednesday.

Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Workload Scheduler and batch processing.
• Experience with mainframe batch processing and RxClaim environments.
• Ability to manage ServiceNow tickets and disaster recovery activities.
• Willingness to work overtime for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IWS batch processing.
• Perform batch job interventions (restart, hold, kill, force complete).
• Support mainframe IPL and console monitoring across LPARs.
• Coordinate disaster recovery activities and incident notifications.
• Maintain operational procedures and production support coverage 24x7.
