- Monitoring and supporting IWS batch processing.
- Batch job interventions (restart, hold, kill, force complete).
- Mainframe IPL and console monitoring across multiple LPARs.
- RxClaim and iSeries batch monitoring.
- Disaster Recovery support and data center operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support IWS (IBM Workload Scheduler) batch processing.
- Batch job interventions (restart, hold, kill, force complete).
- Mainframe IPL support and console monitoring across multiple LPARs.
- RxClaim and iSeries batch monitoring.
- PBM Disaster Recovery support and data center operational support.
- 24x7 production support coverage.
