Navitus is seeking a Sr Director, Account Services to lead strategy, service performance, and client teams for existing PBM clients in a remote-capable role in the US. You will co-develop long-term account strategies, communicate with executives, and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience interfacing directly with Managed Care clients.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Knowledge of the PBM industry and the Navitus advantage.
• Knowledge of formulary managed care systems (DUR, prior authorization).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Account Executives and Account Management strategy and tactical execution.
• Communicate effectively with Senior Team and C-Suite; provide executive summary of performance quarterly.
• Attend key Management Committee meetings.
• Oversee Strategic Business Plans, Consultative QBRs, and Performance Standard reports.
• Travel to Client sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
