Qualificações

• Minimum of three years multi-state payroll tax experience.
• Minimum of one year in Senior/Lead or Supervisor role.
• PEO or related industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on tax return processing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, federal, state and local wage laws.
• CPP/FPC certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Prepares or reviews tax-related documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Performs tax reconciliations and determines liabilities.
• Assists in the preparation and distribution of tax forms.
• Researches discrepancies and regulatory updates.
• Interprets tax codes and updates procedures accordingly.
• Notifies leadership of regulatory updates and implements changes.
• Resolves escalated issues with clients or internal departments.
