Qualifications

• Experience preparing amended returns (Form 941-X, W-2c) across states.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPP/EA differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex payroll tax notices across multiple states with end-to-end lifecycle.
• Prepare and file amended returns (Form 941-X) for 10+ states.
• Diagnose and resolve payroll tax errors across pay periods and jurisdictions.
• Coach and mentor Senior Processors; lead knowledge transfer.
• Develop SOPs and KB articles; drive process improvements.
