• 4+ years of payroll tax experience with focus on tax defect resolution across multiple states.
• Expert knowledge of State and Federal payroll tax notices; ability to draft penalty abatement requests and agency responses.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex State and Federal payroll tax notices across multiple states and quarters.
• Prepare and file amended Federal/State payroll tax returns (Form 941-X, W-2c) across 10+ states.
• Diagnose and resolve payroll tax errors spanning multiple pay periods or jurisdictions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff; lead real-time Q&A and knowledge transfer.
• Author, review, and approve SOPs and KB articles for core processes.
• Identify trends and communicate recommendations to leadership.
