Intuit is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Processor to lead complex resolution of state and federal notices, corrections, and amendments. This hourly, remote role supports SelectTime’s virtual service model, emphasizing process improvements and team capability building.

You will own the most challenging cases, file amended returns across states, and mentor staff to ensure accurate, compliant tax processing and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll tax experience with focus on tax defect resolution
• Expert knowledge of State and Federal payroll tax notices
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex State and Federal payroll tax notices and amendments across multiple states
• Prepare and file amended returns (Form 941-X, W-2c) and reconcile to originals
• Coach and mentor junior staff; lead knowledge transfer and SOP improvements
