Intuit is seeking a Lead Tax Processor and Subject Matter Expert to guide Payroll Tax Operations. You will own complex escalations, govern SOPs, and coach a team of tax professionals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will oversee high-stakes tax notices, cross-state filings, and data-driven risk management while contributing to continuous improvement through structured coaching and collaborations with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of payroll tax experience with complex defect resolution and multi-state filings.
• Experience as a lead, senior specialist, or SME with coaching/mentoring junior staff.
• Expert knowledge of tax regulations across US jurisdictions and local/state programs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary real-time technical expert for TP1/TP2/TP3 staff.
• Own authoring, review, and approval of SOPs and KB articles.
