Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist, Taxes & Special Projects to join our team. In this remote role (US residence required), you will lead payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local returns and guide complex inquiries.

The role requires at least 3 years in payroll tax, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with ADP Smart Compliance, ADP Registration Services, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll tax experience.
• Experience with ADP Smart Compliance, ADP Registration Services, iReports, Late Original Filing, and PQA.

Responsabilités

• Oversee payroll tax filing activities for federal, state, and local returns.
• Manage payroll tax systems and software updates and stay current on changes.
• Validate tax data, rates, frequencies, and inputs for accurate filings and payments.
• Respond to tax correspondence from employees and regulatory agencies.
