Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Senior Payroll Systems Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of payroll systems, primarily Workday, across the enterprise. You will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and business partners to capture requirements, document processes, assess risks, and implement efficient solutions that meet regulatory needs and improve reporting and analytics.

Strong SQL expertise, executive communication, and 10+ years of experience in payroll systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax implications.
• 10+ years of experience with HRMS/Payroll systems and reporting.
• Expertise with Workday and payroll process documentation.

Responsibilities
