You will translate complex payroll and compliance requirements into scalable, best‑practice Workday configurations and participate in full‑cycle project delivery from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design payroll processes that align with best practices.
• Support payroll‑related integrations, including connections with time tracking, benefits, and accounting systems.
• Execute configuration for core payroll elements such as earnings, deductions, taxes, retroactivity, and off‑cycle processing.
• Conduct and support payroll testing, including unit, parallel, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide guidance on resolution.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure seamless end‑to‑end payroll operations.
• Assist with documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay informed on Workday Payroll releases and new functionality to enhance client solutions.

Requirements
