Job summary

Programmers.io seeks a Senior Workday Functional Architect to lead configuration of Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll) for our clients, onsite in Menlo Park. You will manage data migrations, security, and deliver advanced reporting while driving process improvements across cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong collaboration with Payroll, Recruiting, and IAM teams, and participation in Workday releases and updates.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday HCM knowledge including Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking, Payroll.
• Hands-on with time-off plan configuration and complex accruals.
• Experience with payroll components, regulatory rules, and external payroll inputs.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday modules to align with client workflows.
• Assist with data migration and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and implement business process improvements on Workday platform.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
• Manage Workday security roles and policies.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, IAM teams.
• Support Workday releases, analyze impacts, and implement updates.
• Perform data loading via EIBs and tenant management.
