Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant in Healthcare to lead the successful implementation of Workday HR solutions for healthcare clients in the United States. You will manage requirements gathering, system configuration, data conversion, and testing while driving leading practices across deployments.

Ideal candidates have extensive payroll and implementation experience within healthcare settings, with strong collaboration across project teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with Payroll systems.
• 4+ years of implementation consulting experience.
• Significant healthcare industry experience, specifically hospitals and/or direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Payroll product suites for healthcare clients.
• Apply Workday implementation methodology across engagements.
• Gather requirements, configure systems, and assist in data conversion and testing.
• Mentor other consultants and share knowledge across projects.
• Communicate status and risks to Engagement Managers.
• Participate in regular training to stay current with Workday releases.
