Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Workday Architect with 13+ years of hands-on expertise to design and optimize complex HR processes. You will configure Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking, and Payroll, aligning workflows with client needs.

Lead data migration, build reports and dashboards, and manage security roles across tenants. Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, IAM, and other teams, and participate in releases to implement system updates and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of Workday architecture and integration experience.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Time and Absence, and Payroll modules.
• Experience with Workday releases and updates.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence and Time tracking, Payroll) to client workflows.
• Assist with data migration and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements on the Workday platform.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
• Manage and maintain Workday security framework (roles, domains, security policies).
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, IAM and other teams.
• Participate in Workday releases, analyze impacts, implement updates.
• Perform data loading via EIBs and support tenant setup.
• Provide recommendations to Tier 1 Team to fix incorrect transactions.
