Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst in Mason, OH. The role focuses on keeping payroll systems updated for compliance and business processes, documenting requirements, and serving as a Tier 2 liaison for internal customers.

You will support Payroll Analysts 1 and Administrators with escalations and manage the payroll ticketing workflow. You will analyze reports, contribute to defining system requirements, and oversee testing and implementation for changes in responsibility areas.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll experience required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Customer service and support experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update payroll systems for compliance and business processes by documenting requirements.
• Act as a Tier 2 liaison with internal customers.
• Support Payroll Analysts 1 and Payroll Administrators with escalation inquiries.
• Manage the workflow of the payroll ticketing system.
• Analyze and interpret reports for internal customers.
• Lead efforts to define system requirements, including testing and implementation.
