Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to keep our Payroll systems updated for compliance and business processes, documenting requirements and acting as a Tier 2 liaison with internal customers.

You will support Payroll Analysts 1 and Payroll Administrators, manage the payroll ticketing workflow, analyze reports for internal customers, and help define system requirements, including testing and implementation in your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll experience required.
• Customer service and support experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep payroll systems updated for compliance and business processes by documenting requirements.
• Act as Tier 2 liaison with internal customers.
• Support Payroll Analysts 1 and Payroll Administrators with escalation inquiries.
• Manage workflow of the payroll ticketing system.
• Analyze and interpret reports for internal customers.
• Lead efforts to define system requirements, including testing and implementation for changes in area of responsibility.
