Archway Management is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor/Manager to oversee bi-weekly payroll for 850+ employees across multiple facilities in the United States. You will ensure accurate wage calculations, tax withholdings, deductions, and timely payments while guiding a payroll team.

The role requires strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and year-end reporting, with leadership and communication skills to support employees, vendors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and year-end reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing for 850+ employees across multiple facilities.
• Ensure accurate wages, deductions, tax withholdings, and timely payments.
• Maintain payroll tax compliance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Address employee questions, resolve discrepancies, and support audits.
• Lead and develop the payroll team and coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
