Job summary

Beyond New Horizons (BNH) is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to support the Arnold Air Force Base payroll function. The role leads a team, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws for multiple states and locations.

The successful candidate will implement and maintain payroll systems, manage updates for fringes and taxes, maintain precise records, assist audits, and train staff while upholding safety PPE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field with 8 years’ experience.
• Experience overseeing payroll functions for a minimum of 2 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD NACI; AEDC access; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems for salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate processing of updates including fringes and pay rates across multiple states and locations.
• Prepares and maintains records and reports of payroll transactions; facilitates audits.
