Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to lead end-to-end payroll for US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will work with ADP Workforce Now and Workday Payroll, handling multi-state and multi-provincial regulations and providing exceptional service to HR and employees.

Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, managing timekeeping, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing year-end documents, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience including US and Canadian processing.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and provincial regulations in US/Canada.
• CPP, FPC, or equivalent payroll certification.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for US and Canadian employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain payroll data in ADP and Workday with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare year-end documents (W‑2s, ROEs) and support audits.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide excellent service.
