Antylia Scientific is seeking a hands-on Sr. Payroll Specialist to own the payroll function for a growing Private-Equity backed organization. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian and multi-state U.S.

employees using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timeliness and accuracy across tax regulations and benefits. Join a collaborative team under the Director of Total Rewards to drive payroll integrity, support audits, and deliver trusted payroll analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with US multi-state and Canadian payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for US multi-state and Canada using ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate payroll reporting.
• Audit payroll data, reconcile changes, and manage deductions.
• Coordinate with HR and finance for benefits and year-end tasks.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and support audits.
