• Senior payroll experience across US and Canada with Workday.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations.
• Experience auditing and validating payroll inputs.
• Ability to collaborate with People/Finance teams and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Workday payroll for US and Canada biweekly employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations.
• Generate manual checks when needed (e.g., terminations).
• Manage payroll inputs from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Handle Workday payroll tasks and notifications.
• Oversee Canada ROE process and payroll inquiries.
• Escalate and resolve payroll issues promptly.
• Run audits and reconcile preliminary payroll results.
• Support EMEA/APAC payroll processing with ADP Streamline.
• Create SOP docs and assist with year-end projects.
