Job summary

01 TDW (US), Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Payroll Coordinator to accurately process U.S. and Canadian payrolls. You will review time and payroll changes, administer wage garnishments, and handle payroll-related reconciliations.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, Treasury and employees to resolve issues, support audits, and drive payroll system improvements while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of payroll experience.
• Experience independently processing payroll for at least 150 employees.
• Multi-state U.S. payroll experience.
• Experience processing and maintaining wage garnishments.
• Proficiency in payroll accounting, journal entries, and GL reconciliations.
• Experience researching and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS).

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly U.S. and Canadian payrolls accurately and on schedule.
• Validate time, earnings, deductions, taxes, and one-time payments.
• Process bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Maintain wage garnishments and related orders.
• Prepare Canadian ROEs and RRSP reporting.
• Reconcile payroll to funding, GL, and journals.
• Support month-end close, audits, and year-end processing.
• Protect confidentiality of payroll information.
