The role involves verifying timekeeping, entering data, maintaining records, processing garnishments and deductions, distributing pay, and supporting audits. Candidates should have multi-state payroll exposure, strong Excel skills, and a trustful approach to confidential

Formación

• 3–5 years payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with payroll software.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations preferred.
• CP/FP certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
• Enter payroll data into systems accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee files.
• Process wage garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Distribute paychecks and direct deposit stubs.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
• Respond to employee questions and resolve payroll issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting as needed.
