Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with multi-location payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for all employees.
• Review, audit, and validate timecards prior to payroll.
• Enter and maintain payroll changes including deductions.
• Ensure timely, accurate payment of wages.
• Process and validate deductions and withholdings.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting docs.
• Primary contact for payroll inquiries.
• Prepare and file payroll tax deposits and payments.
• Complete quarterly payroll tax reports.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing and tax reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regs.
• Monitor payroll audits and assist with audit requests.
• Monitor 401(k) contributions and deductions.
• Review HCE contribution limits.
• Assist with annual 401(k) census and audits.
• Produce monthly and ad-hoc payroll reports.
• Assist onboarding and termination payroll processing.
• Provide payroll-related analysis to employees and managers.
• Educate employees about payroll and vacation information.
• Maintain confidentiality of compensation data.
