Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience, including California.
• Experience supporting large employee populations.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for a large employee population.
• Review new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and deductions.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and variance analysis.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and operations.
• Maintain payroll data integrity and system accuracy.
• Support payroll audits, controls, and compliance.
• Assist with payroll system enhancements and process improvements.
