Job summary

Cementation Americas is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to own payroll control and audit functions for Cementation USA and TNT. You will review HR-entered data, audit each payroll run, and maintain the Paycom-JD Edwards integration to ensure accurate general ledger postings.

This individual contributor role emphasizes payroll taxation compliance and requires strong Paycom knowledge, multi-state experience, and CPP designation where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent progressive experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-entity and/or multi-state payroll administration.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or a comparable ERP for payroll-to-GL integration.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
• Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve payroll-related data entered by HR in Paycom prior to each payroll run.
• Audit payroll calculations, hours, and deductions for accuracy before submission.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Paycom-to-JD Edwards integration; reconcile payroll-related GL accounts.
• Audit garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions for accuracy.
• Review and approve certified payroll reports for prevailing-wage or public-works engagements as required.
• Confirm readiness of all HR-entered data ahead of each payroll run for both Cementation USA and TNT.
