Job summary

Cementation USA is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to own payroll control across Cementation USA and TNT, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining payroll tax compliance.

This role reviews HR-entered data and oversees the Paycom-JD Edwards integration for general ledger and cost-accounting purposes. Strong CPP and multi-state experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent progressive experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience across multi-entity and multi-state.
• CPP designation preferred.
• Experience with Paycom required; strong JDE integration knowledge.
• Certified Payroll / prevailing-wage reporting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Audit payroll data and approve runs for Cementation USA and TNT.
• Maintain Paycom-to-JD Edwards integration and reconcile GL entries.
• Audit garnishments, tax levies, and other deductions for accuracy.
• Review and approve certified payroll reports as required.
• Process off-cycle payroll and manual checks; respond to inquiries promptly.
