Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll operations for 10 companies across multiple states. You will manage timekeeping, bonuses, benefits, 401(k), taxes, and funding while building scalable Paycom workflows and controls.

You will lead payroll staff, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Finance on automated processes. Strong Excel, Paycom, and multi-state expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paycom payroll systems and multi-state payroll management.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, HR, or related field; certification preferred.
• 5+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience, multi-state and multi-entity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll operations for 10 companies across multiple states.
• Lead regular and interim payroll runs, including timekeeping, leave, bonuses, benefits, 401(k), garnishments, direct deposits, and tax payments.
• Establish approvals, reviews, exception checks, segregation-of-duties controls, and SOPs for payroll submission.
• Lead payroll staff training, performance management, documentation, and cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll requirements and drive process improvements.
