Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll accounting operations, tax compliance, and reporting for a 4,000+ employee multi-state workforce. You will manage system configuration, case management, and audit support, playing a key role in internal controls and process improvements.

The role requires CPP certification, strong UKG Pro expertise, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and 5+ years in payroll operations within large organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive payroll accounting/operations in a large org.
• Multi-state payroll tax compliance and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting payroll systems admin, reporting and process improvements.
• Audits and internal controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll accounting operations and tax compliance.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and GL postings.
• Support month-end and year-end close for payroll.
